Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped flat rate at $4.99 via carriers chosen by our manufacturer. Orders are fulfilled and sent to the warehouse within 7 to 10 days of order, and they are shipped out to you within 2 to 4 days. Items are typically received within 2 weeks, but usually sooner.
If you need an item sooner than 2 weeks, please contact email@example.com for a rush option before you place your order to confirm availability and shipping rates.
We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If a Jacy Corral | Hyssop Design product does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy. We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
Custom products are just that - custom! We use the exact information you provide us to customize your items. If you believe a mistake has been made, please contact us right away and we will do everything we can to make it right. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if you provided incorrect information and replacement items will be created at full cost.
Damaged during shipping
If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item should arrive within 10 business days.
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All return shipping charges will be borne by the Customer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect.
